Their self-belief can be very high and believed that they are infallible or invincible, and hence leading them into an abyss, even when they have received adequate warning from others.

Charisma is a special quality that people possess that serves as a magnet, of sorts, but it is really made up of many traits. Another important element is self-confidence. People who appear confident instill confidence in those around them.

Charisma compounds a leader’s influence that is able to deliver inspiring passion and energizing their group. They can draw out their best in their people, give the best of themselves, and find the greatest fulfillment.

Charisma is about substance. It’s not an energy that can be manipulated or a magical gift endowed upon a selected few. Rather, it’s an attractive blend of learnable qualities.

Many of us thought that a goal is the most important ingredient for success, and that your success or failures are solely based on the power of your goal setting. The problem is not in your goals, it is your execution. Your goals will never fail you; you fail to achieve them, mostly due to poor implementations.

You don’t usually feel frustrated because you failed to develop any good idea, but rather feel frustrated by your inability to follow through and execute your plans, even after committing to do so.

Success is only  10 percent vision but requires 90 percent perspiration. You’ll have to plan your goals, execute your plans and stay focus until completion no matter what happens along the way.

Any goal for that matter; be it in business or in sports. Look at Bill Gates and Tiger Woods, there are both champions in their field. Was it their vision of becoming somebody that made them great or their willingness to execute their plans made them great? Many others too had great visions, but did not succeed simply because either they did not have a plan or failed to execute their plan.

If you want to achieve your goals, you’ll have to master the art of execution, because the execution of your plan is what transforms your dream into reality.

1. Focus on doing the things necessary for achieving your goals. Prioritize those activities with high payoff.
2. Give yourself deadlines. No deadlines are  symptoms of poor execution and lack of discipline.
3. Associates yourself with people who have expertise, well-trained, experienced people who knows how to get a job done effectively.
4. Be conscious of everything you do, and take note of which are the tasks that takes you closer to achieving your goal.

Your success will depend on your willingness to plan and execute your plan until your goals are achieved. Start improving on your execution now and you’ll be sure to be on your way to success.

Most stock turn Forex traders simply drop the idea of making money from the Forex market after burning a few holes in their pocket. So how many traders can really achieve consistent profitable results trading the Forex market? Unfortunately only a few of these traders can achieve this goal.

Trading Forex is very different from trading stocks. After six months of Forex research, I have discovered that most of the technical stuff that I have learn in stock trading when applied into Forex doesn’t really work. This is the main reason most Forex traders lose money. They focus in the wrong information to make their trading decisions and totally forget about the most important factor: Price action behaviour.

Most trading systems are made off some combination of technical indicators.  Usually it is a moving average crossover or bands combine with one or two overbought/oversold oscillators. But these technical indicators are made up of a series of data points plotted in a chart that are derived from past prices applied to a mathematical formula of any given currency pair.  In other words, it is a chart of data plotted in a different way that helps us see the future direction of the price.

There is an important implication on this definition of technical indicators. The fact that the readings obtained from them are based on price action. Take for instance a long MA crossover signal, the price has gone up enough to make the short period MA crossover the long period MA generating a long signal. Most traders see it as “the MA crossover made the price go up,” but it happened the other way around, the MA crossover signal occurred because the price went up.

Now you can understand that price behaviour dictates how an indicator will act, and this should be taken into consideration on any trading decision made in trading Forex because it is a very dynamic market and the price changes and react much quicker that any other financial instruments as all Forex traders trade from the screen. Don’t you think that you should trade following the price action movements?

Trading decisions based on technical indicators alone without taking price action into consideration will give you less accuracy. A long signal generated by a MA crossover as the market approaches an important resistance level but if the price suddenly starts to bounce back off that important level there is no point on taking this signal because price action is telling you the market doesn’t want to go up.  Most of the time, under this circumstances, the market will continue to fall down, disregarding the MA crossover.

Technical indicators can help you see certain conditions that are difficult to see by watching pure price action but when it comes to pulling the trigger, price action incorporation into your Forex trading system will definitely put the odds in your favour as it will generate higher probability trades.

Incorporate price action into your Forex trading system and only take long signals if the price behaviour tells you the market wants to go up, and short signals if the market gives you an indication that it is going down. Most importantly, you need to have the discipline to follow your Forex trading system rigorously. Try it and you will see a total change in your Forex trading results.

When we trade currencies, we are trading the economies of the country and the fundamentals of an individual country’s economy change much more slowly than the fundamentals of an individual company. If the stock of a company is weak, there are many options that can be taken to make the company turn around quickly but not in the case of the economy of a country which is much more complicated and takes a much longer time.

Because of this, the repetition of the technical patterns is more likely to occur on the chart of a currency pair than on a company’s stock chart. It’s also the reason why trends can be seen for months maybe even years in the currency charts. Another reason is that the forex market doesn’t have exchanges and everyone trade from a computer screen and when everyone sees a trend and act on it, it pushes the price further and thus becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Becoming a forex trader is not an instant process, what you have learn before in trading stocks, might work or might not work when you try using it to trade forex. I too, like many other experience stock traders started out thinking that it is the same but to my surprise I have found that it is a total new experience when trading forex. This has come about after months of trial-and-error experimentations of forex trades.

Beginners who started out trading forex as their first trading endeavour don’t know what they are dealing with. They do not even know what they need to know. Trades are put on without a plan, and even if they win, the winning trades occurs at random and don’t seem repeatable.

The beginner forex trader experiences the excitement of the forex markets but doesn’t leverage his knowledge and it is dangerous to win in the very beginning. At this early stage, the exposure to quick and large winnings can usually lead to a wipe out of the trader’s account within the first month of trading.

If the beginner doesn’t give up, it will usually lead him to the discovery of indicators and technical analysis. At this stage, the trader will tends to use too many indicators which will result in confusion in his trading. Another habit will surface is that the trader overtrades due to the desire to put on trades as often as possible as he sees opportunities frequently using too many indicators.

A competent forex trader usually has develop the ability to let the market come to him and not chasing after it. This is achieved when knowledge and experience combine when the trader has sharpened his weapon and has acquired wisdom in the forex markets.

Competence is the ability to apply trading knowledge with consistent profitable trades. Therefore, the purpose of technical analysis is to help the trader to take on a trade that offers a high probable profit within acceptable levels of risk. The process of becoming competent in forex trading started with understanding what move the currencies prices. These are common concerns of traders who want to experience the advantages of forex trading but are reluctant to unlearn and learn what is necessary to succeed in trading currencies.

Forex trades virtually around the clock from the Asian market open on 7 am Morning until the U.S. market close on Saturday 5 am, Malaysian time, making it the attraction for there is this constant access to make a trade.

In every transaction, a forex trader trades the currencies in pairs for example, if you have purchased euro and sold U.S. dollars, it would be stated as a euro/dollar pair. Long one currency and short the other. A position is expressed in terms of the first currency in the pair.

With a volume of over $2.5 trillion daily, the Foreign Exchange market is the largest and most liquid financial market in the world—more than three times the aggregate amount of the U.S. equity and Treasury markets combined. This means that a trader can enter or exit the market at will in almost any market condition with minimal execution risk. Due to the sheer size of liquidity, a continuous supply-and-demand driven product, and the accessibility of trading make many professional traders consider the forex market like a bank’s ATM.

The forex market is so vast and has so many participants that no single entity, not even a central bank, can control the market price for an extended period of time. Unlike other financial markets, the forex market has no physical location, no central exchange. It operates through an electronic network of banks, corporations, and individuals, trading one currency for another. The lack of a physical exchange enables the forex market to operate on a 24-hour basis, spanning from one zone to another across the major financial centers.

When you buy a stock, an option, a bond or a mutual fund, you are charged a commission. In the Forex market, you do not have to pay a commission. You pay what you see. The broker earns the difference between the buy-ask spread.

The Forex market allows you to trade in very high leverage up to 1:400 which allows you can to control $100,000 with as little as $250. This means that you can make your money work harder for you in the Forex market than it can anywhere else. Imagine the money you can make, however this high leverage, you can lose even more if the trade goes against you.

Increased leverage is also the point that many people say that investing in the Forex market is risky. Granted, this amount of leverage may seem aggressive, but the Forex market gives you the perfect antidote for the risks associated with increased leverage, that is guaranteed stops.

In the Forex market, you have the ability to determine at exactly what price you would like to enter a trade and at exactly which price you would like to exit and these prices are guaranteed.

Guaranteed stops allow you to specify exactly how much you are willing to risk which you can’t have in the stock or options market. Sure, you can enter a stop order to take you out of a trade if the stock starts to move against you, but there is no guarantee that you will be out at the specified price. In the Forex market, you have guaranteed stops under normal market conditions.

However, it is a stumbling block for a great number of traders, since most individuals trading in the markets today just don’t believe that money management is of utmost importance.

A trader may be analyzing the crucial and latest fundamentals or using the most advance technical software; most traders believe that these are the most important and should take top priority over everything else.

They just think that money management isn’t just as important, thinking that the worst will never happen to them and they are smarter than most of the other traders and would never lose that much money.

They obviously think that they are not that stupid and their analysis are flawless. Truthfully, to satisfy one ego’s need for feeling brilliant, it’s all a matter of probabilities and has nothing to do with being smart.

Bad things can happen to anyone especially in the markets, it is volatile and unpredictable simply because it is driven purely by emotions. The forces of the markets can overcome even the most experienced traders. Just like the Tsunami, you may see it coming but you can’t get out of the way in time.

The 1929 and 1987 market crashes, the many housing bubbles, September 11, the dot com bubble of 2000, the recent financial crisis and the list will go on for there will be more to come.

Some situations are worst than others, and it is that unpredictable nature of the markets, that sound risk management can help you to stay in the markets for a longer period of time. Try to omit this and you’ll blow up your account before you can even complete your learning curve.

It is all about probabilities and making sure the edge is on your side and it is working for you and not against you. A simple stop-loss can save you from an emotional shock and devastation, which works just like a safety net preventing you from losing it all and you can always reposition yourself and be in control again.

Basically, a money management system is a part of running a business, and you must understand the need for it. You will definitely take on a greater meaning and value in achieving success in your trading.
